FAIR. was co-founded in France by Alexandre Koiransky and Jean-François Daniel, two Frenchman who became friends while working for a small independent Cognac producer.

Both were determined to start their own spirits company with a commitment to improve the world. And Voila! They launched FAIR. in Europe in 2009 and entered the US Market in 2010.
