Our great taste comes from quinoa, one of the oldest and heartiest grains in the world plus a special production process – the result of a two-year joint research project between French distillers and Bolivian farmers.

Our quinoa is organically grown and Fair Trade Certified. We source it directly from a co-op of 1,200 independent farmers from the Anapqui Cooperative in the Bolivian Andes.

The great taste comes from slow roasting the very best organically grown, Fair Trade Certified Arabica coffee beans to extract the fine, authentic properties of the coffee. The freshly ground beans are then infused directly into the liqueur base to create a rich-flavored coffee based spirit.

Our coffee beans are organically grown and Fair Trade certified. They come from a co-op of more than 1,900 independent farmers in the Huatusco region of Veracruz, Mexico. The sugar used in FAIR. Café Liqueur is also organic and Fair Trade Certified, coming from a co-op of 800 farmers in Malawi.

Made using goji berries, long recognized as being one of the most nutritious fruits on earth. This fruit is highly prized in Tibet where monks have harvested goji for centuries. Modern research has found goji berries to be rich in antioxidants. The goji berry juice is a key factor in the unique flavor profile of this product.
