FAIR. Vodka

Our great taste comes from specially selected quinoa and a proprietary production process that is the result of a two-yeazr joint research project between French distillers and Andean farmers.

We source our quinoa from the Andean mountains. The Altiplano plateau is over 3000m above sea level where the quinoa grows in fertile volcanic soil.

Quinoa has long been considered a super food because of its nutritional content ...first by the Incas over 5000 years ago and now by consumers all over the world. As an added benefit, quinoa is gluten free.

FAIR. Rum

Our rum is made using the traditional fermentation and distillation process that has been used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. The process starts with Fair Trade Certified sugar cane from Belize and ends in your glass with the finest tasting rum we've ever had the pleasure of drinking.

Our sugar cane is grown using organic and sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land.

Aged for 5 years in American oak barrels, Fair Rum reveals many aromatics and a deep character.

FAIR. Gin

Our exceptional taste comes from different factors. First we use FAIR Vodka as a base. Second, we macerate high quality juniper berries and spices for a week. Finally we distill everything once in a stupfler alembic.

The juniper berries are sourced from a nature reserve in Uzbekistan, Central Asia. Agriculture is the chief source of income for the mainly rural population, but many farmers live below the poverty line.

Fairtrade spices are sourced in the Kerala region of South West India. This cooperative of nearly 3050 farmers has three main objectives: to increase production, develop the social environment and promote and develop organic production.

JUDGE'S Tasting Notes

"Soft and delicate palate moving to a fresh, strong juniper flavor with an exquisite balance of selected spices."

FAIR. Café

The great taste comes from slow roasting the very best organically grown, Fair Trade Certified Arabica coffee beans to extract the fine, authentic properties of the coffee. The freshly ground beans are then infused directly into the liqueur base to create a rich-flavored coffee based spirit.

Our coffee beans are organically grown and Fair Trade certified. They come from a co-op of more than 1,900 independent farmers in the Huatusco region of Veracruz, Mexico. The sugar used in FAIR. Café Liqueur is also organic and Fair Trade Certified, coming from a co-op of 800 farmers in Malawi.

JUDGE'S Tasting Notes

"FAIR. Café delivers a true taste of freshly roasted coffee, with full-bodied and rich flavors of almonds and hazelnuts followed by the pleasant taste of caramel. This coffee liqueur will make the best expresso martini but can also be enjoyed on its own."

FAIR. Goji

Made using goji berries, long recognized as being one of the most nutritious fruits on earth. This fruit is highly prized in Tibet where monks have harvested goji for centuries. Modern research has found goji berries to be rich in antioxidants. The goji berry juice is a key factor in the unique flavor profile of this product.

Our goji berries are organically grown. They are sourced directly from a co-op of 300 farmers in the Tibet region of the Himalayas. The sugar used in FAIR. Goji Liqueur is also organic and Fair Trade Certified, coming from a co-op of 800 independent farmers in Malawi.

JUDGE'S Tasting Notes

"A totally new taste experience with explosions of cranberry, cherry, pomegranate and plum flavors."
